چکیده
Limited genetic variability is a major problem in rapeseed breeding, whose strict selection, limited geographical range and short period of domestication has led to reduction phenotypic diversity. Assessing specific populations for the greatest diversity many traits simultaneously, requires evaluation multi-feature characteristics. The aim this study was estimate DH (doubled haploid) lines two generations winter oilseed rape hybrids. In addition, relationship between Mahalanobis distances parental forms effect heterosis hybrids investigated. results MANOVA showed that genotypes years as well genotype × year interaction were significantly different (p < 0.001) all eight observed traits. first (V1) second (V2) canonical variate explained 38.57% 27.55% total variation 2015, 50.19% 31.84% 2016, respectively Canonical analysis traits, flowering time number branches per plant had very large influence on differentiation genotypes. Graphs demonstrated tested are characterized by similar, wide variability. It observed, when using diverse population crossbreeding with only one CMS/Rfo line, there no significant hybrid these generations. distance values determined similar both years, but slightly wider 2016. minimum maximum ranged from 1.324 22.356 1.105 27.792 respectively. No correlation lines.

Evaluation of growth and seed yield of new winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) genotypes under terminal drought stress conditions
Breeding and production of drought tolerant cultivars for arid and semi-arid area is very important. The present experiment was carried out to evaluate the effects of drought stress on seed yield and yield components of oilseed rape as well as identification of high yielding and drought stress tolerant genotypes. Eighteen new winter oilseed rape lines and commercial cultivars were evaluated und...

Genotype by environment interaction is one of the complicated issues in plant breeding programs for development of high-yielding with yield stability genotypes. To evaluate seed yield and yield stability of oilseed rape in four southern and northern warm regions of Iran (Zabol, Gorgan, Haji Abad and Sari), nine open pollinated spring oilseed rape lines together with seven cultivars were evaluat...

Gaining a greater understanding of the plant microbiota and its interactions with its host plant heralds a new era of scientific discovery in agriculture. Different agricultural management practices influence soil microbial populations by changing a soil's physical, chemical and biological properties. However, the impact of these practices on the microbiota associated with economically importan...
